They actually have a program at a local theater called 'Stars and Strollers' where once a week they show a matinee at 1pm and it is geared to moms with little ones. The turn the sound down, dim but don't completely darken the lights and they have a change table station right in the theater with stroller parking outside in the hall. But my bff and I have done it before. It is great for when hyped up movies come out (like Harry Potter/Hunger Games). We woke up early at 7:30 and couldn't go back to sleep, so we went to see the 10am showing of Skyfall (new Bond movie). It was so enjoyable! Tix were cheap, $7.50 (compared to $11 or $12 for a new release), parking was a breeze and didn't have to fight the crowds! May do this more often for new releases.</p> <p> I posted this on FB and one of my friends said we are old, because that is old people's time, hahaha. </p>
