Some guys (even directors) will wear shorts to work, but there are other people who are much dressier, depending on their role. I like to dress nicely, but not overly dressed up. So I think my work environment is totally fine for something more casual, like the half tuck. But it's also not very fashion forward.</p> <p>@snowjewelz: Thanks! She had half tucked her shirt and asked how it looked...she said she felt kinda weird about it but had seen others do it so she thought she'd give it a try.
