We plan on having the fire pit in the driveway and decaf with disposable cups for adults and lots of candy for kids. LO will be asleep for most of it but I love seeing all the kids costumes. The first year we bought our house, I bought 5lbs of candy to hand out, and was super excited. We even turned down a Halloween party that all our friends were going to and was hosted by a friend. We didn't get one single kid. I told the hubby if we get ONE kid, they can have ALL our candy. No dice. We buy 4-5 Costco bags every year. My husband gives out handfuls of candy bc he loves making kids happy. This year he bought the full size candy bars...I'm really hoping kids are honest and don't come back to the house multiple times. We live in an area that is well-known for having lots of Americans, so people drive their kids to our neighborhood to trick-or-treat and get American candy.
