But it wasn't enough for our swim stuff. So I got the large, no zip (because I wanted to be able to just throw things in and out) and it is perfect for our swim stuff. Two rolled up towels, 4 swim suits, 2 puddle jumpers, sunblock, couple bottles of water, some snacks, 2 pairs of flip flops, sun hats. With the puddle jumpers it is pretty full (almost overflowing) but I always carry a separate diaper bag too. I haven't taken them to the beach yet :( so we haven't put in sand toys yet. That may need to go into a separate plastic bag until I splurge on the x-large.
