I think we'll maybe do another big one for his 5th? We had 50 people with just extended family (no friends) and we can't fit that many in our home so we had to "borrow" my dad's house for the day. I found it stressful. After that one, I decided that we'll either have a party that big, but in a park, so I don't have to clean my house before AND after. Or, she can pick a few friends and take them to something really special. For her first birthday we invited around 40 people and it was my condo's party room. It was A LOT of work. This year I definitely don't have the time and energy to put into it so I booked a play room venue where they take care of food and decorations. But this year, I don't have energy to plan, decorate, etc.</p> <p>Want to keep it small/quaint. And we also want to spend QT celebrating with both sets of grandparents and going on our annual bday trip to TRU instead! :)</p> <p>How about you? Do you always throw parties? How do you find energy? </p>
