@mrs.lion: yes, you put the ounces into the app on the phone or PC. It give you the option to record 8oz, 16.9oz, 24.7oz, or 34.3 ozs depending on the size of your water bottle its super easy.

I usually charge it about twice a week overnight.

@MrsT927: I am assuming you have to input the ounces of water per day, right? Do you find that the numbers are accurate?

I got a fitbit flex for Christmas and try to wear it everyday.

I use it to track my steps, miles, active minutes per day, how many ounces of water i drink, and sometimes I use it to track my sleep. You can also use it to track calories and weight by inputting data into the app.

I believe it's much easier to use over a regular pedometer since you just wear it like a bracelette. If you have a smartphone that you carry all day its easy to check how close you are to goals and definitely helps me get those extra steps or ounces of water in if I am lagging behind.

Hope that helps!

Yep. I have the "One" Fitbit. I latch it to my bra. I lost others by putting them on my pants. I love it. There's a Fitbit Hellobee group too: http://www.fitbit.com/group/223Q6V

If so, which one? What does it do for you that a regular pedometer doesn't? I love that it goes on your wrist and not your waistband...but it is really expensive if that is the only benefit. Thoughts?
