He always takes a good morning nap but the afternoon nap is hit or miss. Used to be a decent night sleeper (one night wake) and awful napper (30 mins) but the past 3 or so weeks has had worse nightseep (2 wakes at least) and good naps (an hour or more). She has always been a great night sleeper but figuring out nap transitions were difficult for a while.
