They have THE BEST customer service...they try to troubleshoot with you over the phone but when it doesn't work, they send out a new one in a few days (you just have to send back a part from your old broken machine). I rarely drink more than one cup and it's always a waste if I make a pot of coffee. It's perfect for me. We still have our traditional coffee maker in case family visits because they are more likely to drink a lot of coffee. DH's mother visited us (ugh!) and made 4 different cups of coffee using the keurig and took maybe 2 sips out of each of them. It drove me crazy!</p> <p>I also like using it to heat water if I want a cup of tea. I just drop the teabag in a mug and let the water run over it. It's great for that! I was pretty sad that ours completely stopped working after a little over three years. When I called customer service they walked me through some troubleshooting issues. It didn't work so they told me to package up the machine and send it to them and they'd fix it, free of charge. A few weeks later we got a brand new machine in the mail with a letter saying they couldn't fix our old machine so they replaced it instead.
