I loved it - loved how easy it was, that I didn't have to do coffee math (just pop in a k-cup), but now it doesn't brew a whole cup and it leaks all over my counter. I have cleaned it and descaled it, I only use filtered water in it - I'm bummed ... We have the reusable filter but I find it annoying to clean and refill after each cup.
