The hubby loves it and uses it every time he's sick or has congestion. I want to love it, but when I'm sick, I'm so congested it doesn't flow out no matter how hard I blow my nose or tilt my head! And when I do get it some clearance, I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS have to sneeze half way through the pot. Never fails.
