<description>&#60;p&#62;@Weagle:  I shake my left foot too! If I'm really having trouble falling asleep, I start at my toes and clench and relax every muscle in my body all the way up to my face. It's something I learned in a yoga class years ago and it always works.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I do!  I move my hips from side to side to rock myself to sleep.  Sometimes I rub my feet together too.  And if I'm really really tired, I will revert (in my sleep) to my childhood self-soothing technique of flopping my left foot.
