Drinking makes me sleepy so if I drink earlier in the day, there's a good chance I won't make it to bedtime!</p> <p>If we have friends over, then I'll pour myself a glass starting around 4 pm. I have a hard time drinking before then, even if it's just a beer at lunch! </p>
