A living trust, a will, life insurance, etc, etc. Had a lawyer draw it all up. Had to make some tough choices when it came to figuring out who would take care of our LO and who would be the trustee of our trust should we both pass. DH contacted a friend yesterday that is a lawyer and he is going to draw it up for us. We have decided who to ask to be a guardian in case something happens to both of us. We just need to ask them about it. </p> <p>DH already has a really good life insurance policy. I have a small one, so we are getting quotes on a better one for me. I think I'd also like to set up a trust, bc our guardian options aren't the best with money. Not that we have a ton of assets- we have more than average for our age, I think, and our life insurance policies are decent. </p> <p>Do you have life insurance? A will?
