My Mom is from VA, so I have an odd accent. Generally, I say things more northern (although not Boston, I pronounce my Rs). But, there are things that I say that sound country and DH likes to make fun of me for it. Specifically the word "insurance". When I go down south, I tend to speak more southern. There is no other way to say it for me than "draaw".
