Hands down the best sugar cookie. Make the dough then move to a plastic container and put in the fridge for a day or so. Bake them ahead of time and freeze so they're easier to frost. Then make royal icing (1 cup confectioners sugar, 1 teaspoon milk, 1 teaspoon corn syrup..double or triple recipe as needed).
