I'm at a loss when she is in school though. My parents are retired and stay at home all day, but I don't trust them watching my LO. She can almost always be there. If she can't for some reason I will ask my MIL and/or FIL. They own their own business so for emergencies they can usually come, but they're farther away. If all else fails DH will take off work. </p>
