One dog only barks when someone comes to the door. The other dog barks when we lock him out of the kitchen while we are cooking dinner. Other than that, they never bark.</p> <p>My neighbor's dog barks a lot when he is outside. If our dogs are out when their dog is out, I have to get my dogs back inside. That neighbor even visited us when we first moved in to introduce himself (which was really nice), but his dog still continues to bark. The dog is just territorial, I guess. Sometimes the owner try to get the dog inside. </p> <p>If another neighbor has a dog out, that same dog will bark and bark and bark. It was getting annoying this past weekend.</p> <p>ETA: I do feel bad because I'm I try to limit my dog's barking. They would lock the puppy in the bathroom in the morning when she left for work and it would bark and howl starting at 5:30am and would continue a day.
