Myself and most of our mutual friends have had to distance ourselves from her at various points for prolonged periods of time. It's too bad, because in my case, this friend truly has many wonderful qualities as well, but I just had to choose not to be close with her anymore because she caused too much anxiety in my life. I try not to hang out with her but we have the same group of friends. </p> <p>Do you have any friends that get you down? </p>
