I just felt super nauseous and clammy out of nowhere. I made it to my next class, hoping it would pass. Finally, I got up and went to my teacher's desk and asked if I could have a pass to the nurse's office. I remember standing there, thinking to myself "Hurry up, Mr. Madsen, just hurry up, write the pass," and all of the sudden....I totally passed out. In the process of falling to the floor, I also bashed my forehead on the pencil sharpener that was screwed into the wall! Ugh, SO embarrassing. The next day at school was terrible.</p> <p>ETA: Something similar happened on the third date I went on with my now husband, except FIRST he had to pull over so I could throw up on the side of the road (except he didn't do it quite fast enough, so some barf ended up in the car - so embarrassing). THEN, we were walking into his house and I just went down. I remember him yelling my name and sounding super frantic. Poor guy thought I had dropped dead! This happened enough times that I finally found out I get hypoglycemic from time to time! I was walking in one of the main parts of a grocery big box store wearing these FABULOUS fall boots &amp; fell on my butt! A whole bunch of people saw &amp; offered help! After gym class (when you had to change in and out of your gym clothes), I was walking back to my next class. And then one of my friends saw me and literally SHOVED me into the girls bathroom. </p> <p>Turns out my inner lining layer was tucked into my underwear, and the outer mesh layer provided NO coverage. In a crowded restaurant while the hostess was showing us to our table<br /> 2. In a supermarket aisle (the aisle was empty, but I still won't go there anymore because I'm sure the employees were laughing at me on the security footage)<br /> 3. On my college campus, on my way to my dad's car, with four (yes four) pies in my arms - I was going home for Thanksgiving and they were selling homemade pies. Both from high school. First, I was walking down the hall feeling all good about myself because I was rocking a cute sweater and my new high heeled black boots with cute jeans, with a heavy backpack of course. Well, apparently they had just clean the slick linoleum floor and my shoes had no traction, at all so I wiped out and landed flat on my butt. Luckily it was still awhile before school started so the hall wasn't as packed as it could have been and only a handful of people saw. Still sucked though.</p> <p>Story number 2 is way, way worse. Hanging out with some friends after school before practice and we were playing frisbee. Somehow the frisbee ended up on the roof and me being the littlest person got volunteered to get on a boy's shoulders and retrieve it. Naturally, it was the boy I had a crush on at the time. Not sure exactly what happened but I remember I was laughing so incredibly hard I ended up peeing my pants as I was getting off his shoulders. It was mortifying. I'm not 100% sure if anybody noticed but I made up some excuse about needing to run home before practice so I could change. I got a really bad bloody nose and was hiding up in the bedroom waiting for it to stop. My DH insisted I come down so they can see why I'm taking so long. I told him to just tell them about my nose, and I'll be down when it stops. He pushed it, so I went down stairs. </p> <p>His grandma and dad were down there. Of course they don't speak english, but she motioned for me to sit down and lean back. I obliged and immediately blood started running down the back of my throat. I leaned forward, but then she wanted me to sit in this chair and lean back. Mind you it was sweltering and I was already sweating. Then she got a bowl of water and started patting all over my face with water. I had just did my makeup! His dad was all up in my face and they're both speaking Chinese. Blood was running down my throat again. It was so overwhelming that I started crying. I was looking at my husband out of the corner of my eye glaring at him to tell them to stop. His grandma continued with the water and his dad was attempting to dry my tears. I think someone mentioned the hospital! I was SO embarrassed! I'll never forget it.
