(they know 2 years later all have a child) so even though they still partied they were all married and thinking of kids. They got married at 20 (I did at 26), they had kids when I was 25 (I had lo at 29), etc. We were at different places but they would have us over after their baby went to sleep or get an occasional sitter and go out or we'd do lunch or coffee with the baby. By no means is my position in life better (in fact sometimes I'm jealous!) but just different.<br /> I definitely think she is struggling a bit with being super supportive or knowing what to be like (she doesn't have a like for children). We still hang out, but our friendship has definitely changed, which makes me sad. I don't want to lose my close friends and just be friends with other mums because they are mums. </p> <p>Did you manage to stay friends with childless or partying friends? </p>
