Now we have one every quarter and all 400 of us go to the local movie theatre. Last time, we had someone coming to fix the printer and we couldn't get ahold of him. Of course, he showed up during the meeting and he talked to someone that didn't go (from a different department) and he couldn't believe that the whole company was gone. We are divided into different departments and information is given out from the boss in charge of each. I work for one of the largest global banks around. We do divisional town halls (via webcast) but nothing company wide.
