YES! There is one family who lives two yards over on the next street behind us and all they do is BARK. All. Night. Long. Luckily J's room is on the other side of the house so it's not as loud, but our dogs (inside dogs) sometimes get going with them and that will wake him up. Makes me so mad! The big issue we have is our across the street neighbors and their crappy old camaro that they think is hot shizz and their motorcycles. Those wake J up every.single.time. I want to just knock on their door and hand him over when he's screaming and say "Have fun!"
