The only outside plug is around the right side of our house, and when you're looking at our house, the lawn is on the left and the porch is on the right -- but the porch is elevated, above a garage. So basically there's no way to get the cord from our lawn to the outdoor plug (or a light strand plug on the porch) without snaking it across a walkway. Yesterday I saw a lighted dog that I liked, and after seeing that all my neighbors seemed to have a collection of lighted animals, I gave in and bought it today. She looks lonely so I might get her a pet reindeer this week. We also got lighted candy canes. I swear I would never have considered this stuff before!</p> <p>Do you have any of these lawn decorations? </p>
