A majority of my friends are guys. I relate better with them since I'm a big ole tomboy. And we are JUST friends.

I should also mention that DH and I merged friends, so he's now good friends with my guy friends. My guy BFF was even one of his groomsmen (at my request, since I had his sister as a BM, haha).

Yup, I'm in a male dominated field so I many of my friends and acquaintances are male. One of my closest friends of over 10 years is male.

I have a lot of guys friends! Many of them are like brothers to me, grew up in the same church, and really close friends with my brother too.

DH isn't TOO fond of my bff from middle/high school -- but he would never tell me not be friend with him! We get dinner/coffee whenever he's in town or I'm in Chicago visiting girlfriends! :)

My best guy friend has been distant since I got with DH =/ I've known his for years and we've been there for each other through all sorts of life changes. I even hooked him up with his now ex-wife! And I was in his wedding! We've only ever just been platonic friends. I was his "wingman" at the clubs and whenever I was feeling crappy we'd go and eat spicy food and get hammered. I miss that!

I have guy friends at work. Outside of my office the only guys I'm friends with are halves of our couple friends. I don't have a single guy friend that I'm close enough with that we would do something like go grab dinner without our significant others. But hubs wouldn't have a problem with it if I did. We just happen to live in a city that we moved to together so most of the people we know here are people we met together.

Not anymore... it's something DH is not comfortable with so those relationships slowly died off after DH and I got engaged.

There was one guy I was BFF's with since we were 13 and even liked each other for awhile... but when I dated his cousin our relationship was never the same (being BFFs, he was REALLY protective of me and really contested the relationship). His cousin and I broke up after a year, and our relationship was never the same. We still communicate every now and then and he'll always be a true friend - but he's married, I'm married so it's not as appropriate for us to talk unless our spouses are with us.

And can you be JUST friends?

My BFF is a friend from college, we've been friends for about 12 years! We don't talk nearly as often as we used to (he's still single and un-attached), but I still consider him my bff. I also have a number of good guy friends, and then befriend their significant others.
