Just awful. I can't really do proper "cursive" at all, and my printing looks like a teenage boy's. My sister has the most amazing beautiful penmanship, I get so jealous whenever I get a card in the mail from them... I just never was able to get as much control I guess. So my handwriting is mostly awful and is very dependent on the pen and/or type of paper! Sometimes I can control it and have been asked to do lettering for weddings...but most of the time I just get frustrated. It can be nice for a lil awhile, but I get lazy and write fast so it goes downhill. My parents say I have nice handwriting, but I beg to differ. The hubby has nicer penmanship than I do I think. Thanks to computers I rarely write anything by hand anymore, except thank you cards and the occasional letter to DH's Grandmother, and I always forget how bad it is. I'm addressing Christmas cards by hand this year--usually I just print the addresses right onto the envelopes, but I'm out of ink--and I'm having to make a serious, concentrated effort to write legibly. How's your handwriting these days? Has it gotten worse because of computers?
