We're a small team, and she will engage anyone in conversation about anything for as long as she can.</p> <p>Most of the time I eat my lunch in my office with the door closed to avoid listening to her rattle on about her personal life and work for the full hour in the break room (I realized pretty quickly that she doesn't care if I actually participate in the "conversation" or not, so at least I don't have to speak much).</p> <p>But the absolute worst is when she intercepts me on the way to the bathroom. He's early 50's, has a daughter my age and creeps.me.out. He can't just keep walking by on his way to smoke or get his water, he has to stop and nod his head 18,000 times and get involved with the conversation that had nothing to do with him in the first place (about work or otherwise). Drives me crazy!</p> <p>Do you have nosy co-workers? How do you deal with them? </p>
