We have a new house, so everything is a different shade of "builder beige" aka looks plain beige. The front entry/hall/living room/kitchen is light beige, the spare bedrooms and bathrooms are *apparently* a different beige, but it looks the same, and our office/master bedroom is a super light grey.

We need to update our paint colours for sure!

All different colors, but the same color scheme. We had builder's beige walls when we moved in. Our colors are now (all Benjamin Moore:

Living room/dining room/hallway: Abalone
Reading room (right off of the dining room so it flows visually): Gentleman's Gray
Office: Eclipse
Bathroom: Gibraltar Cliffs
Nursery: Covington Gray
Master bedroom: Marine Blue

The kitchen was a sort of brighter version of olive/avocado that extends into one wall of the dining room (it's an open floor plan) and we kept it because it goes well with the backsplash and cabinetry. So the color scheme is a gray/blue/green throughout the house.

Lots of colors! We generally lean towards the cool side. We painted most of the downstairs greige because of the open floor plan. There's also burgundy, three shades of blue, two shades of purple, lime green (my laundry room, @Leialou!), and a white box master suite that still needs to be tackled. :)

bahhh we live in an apt also they are a really light cream beige-ish ...

If I had my choice I would paint our LR grey and DS's room blue or green, and our room light mustard yellow to match our bedspread.

I think our builder typically allows something like six different colours. He said we could have as many as we wanted (we're friends), but I think we stuck with five or six to keep life easier for him.

-living room, dining room, foyer, laundry room and hallways are all the same shade of taupe
-kitchen is a darker neutral
-powder room is an artichokey green
-all three bedrooms are the same shade of taupe (but different from the living room; and one will be changing soon, as we're painting it to transform it into the nursery)
-master bath is a very soft shade of blue

Our house is fairly open concept, so it was important that all the colours went well together and didn't look disjointed.

The main open rooms are all the sme neutral beige ( living room, dining room, hallways) but all other rooms in our house are painted - we didn't do it on purpose but we ended up with mostly a green and brown accents in main open area, with green kitchen walls that coordinate, then gray and blue walls in the bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of gray, blue, white and black accents

I have beige-y walls. I'd love to do an accent wall in the master bedroom. Once we have kids, I'm sure we'll paint the bedrooms a different color as well.

Having always grown up in "white" houses as well, I LOVE having colors on the walls. I think after seeing our house, even my Mom was turned and had her whole house remodeled and painted in different colors.
We have two different colors for the "main" areas of the house. A neutral light beige for formal living room/dining room/hallways. Kitchen & family room (connected) are a pale aqua blue. There's an accent color over the fireplace mantle that matches the guest bath (light grey). Each bedroom is a different color as well. I think the way to manage a big variety of colors is to keep it in the same family of tones (cools vs. warms) and for us, each room is pretty light colored, so you aren't smacked with the intensity of color if that makes sense.
(Previous owners were color-crazy and each room had 2 different colors and every room/area color was super intense!)

Our first floor hallways are blue-grey, dining room is a gold yellow, and the nursery is pale blue-grey and white. The rest of the house is white.

In our basement, the office is a muted green and the rest of the floor is a grey-beige.

Our colors change room to room! We have taupe walls in our open living space, lime green in the kitchen, and aqua blue in the bedroom. Oh and a light yellow in the basement! All other rooms are still builder beige and need to be painted. I hate whit walls!!

The walls in our living room, dining room, entry, and halls are grey. I painted them the same because they open to each other. Our kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and it is painted green. Our bedroom and office are connected and they are blue. We plan on painting the guest bedroom and laundry room yellow. I just haven't done it yet.

Lots of colors! I cannot stand white walls, so the first thing we did was paint! Our living room has a bright red accent wall, our dining room's lower half is painted brown, and the nursery has two different blues. We also have a pop-up/tray ceiling in the master bedroom that we painted sky blue :)
