We have two dogs. One is sleepy and almost 7 and only 4 pounds and is very easy! The other is 5 months old, already 50 pounds!!! They are cute but the puppy is a lot of work. I'm not used to being out and thinking about having to come back to deal with him. Our little dog is fine at home for a long time with some food out. My husband really wants a dog but they're so much more work than cats; also, we live in an apartment and I'd never consider getting a dog until we're able to live in a house with a yard.
