I had a neck spasm and couldn't move my head at all for five days straight. In order to swallow the painkillers (I was preggo so I couldn't take muscle relaxers!) Since being pregnant, though, my gag reflex is in overdrive. Luckily I take three small prenatals instead of one big-- I usualyl gag on at least one of them.
