He never understands my frustration because he sends LO to daycare on his days off while I solo parent on my only 2 days off. I work a traditional M-F office job but he works a retail job where 1 week he opens, 1 week he closes, and has rotational days off. His schedule is all over the place, but he usually works Saturday evenings, sometimes works Sunday afternoons, and generally has Mondays free. It is ok right now for us to solo parent two toddlers for those days but it will be harder when our newborn arrives.
