My husband told me a quote he heard "anger/resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die"...it's pointless and you only end up hurting yourself. </p> <p>As I've gotten older I've tried to become better at this bc it's just not healthy to be angry/upset with someone...but I have to admit that I do hold a grudge for a long time. I think I'm super nice and easy going but if someone betrays me or is just a total b*tch there isn't much that person can do to get back into my good graces.
