But both our girl name choices when I was pregnant before are totally off the table now. So yes but nothing set in stone. Some favorites over time have been Violet and Emma but I doubt we'd ever go with either as a first name.<br /> Boys names I have a long-standing favorite that doesn't work great with our last name and I always want to use my maiden name for a middle name. Before fil passed though, my favorites were Seth, Simon, and Judah.</p> <p>I wrote a whole thread about girl names that would be after fil, and I never ran those options by dh but leaning heavily towards Eleanor, Elodie, or Ayelet, Norah is my favorite, but we know a Nora so it's out :( I loooove Ruby and had a great aunt with that name, but dh vetoed it before lo1.
