Only things that can do limited damage! So pencils and paper are within reach, but paint, glue and scissors are hidden. Not that it matters... so far, DS isn't into art at all

Not anymore, we're baby proofed.
My older one can reach coloring books and twistable crayons, but everything else is out of each for now.

Yes, I do. I have bins in the kitchen and they contain things like paper, scissors, markers, glue, playdough, stickers, etc. My son is incredibly neat though, and he knows the kitchen is the place to make creations.

No! She can't be trusted not to color on things other than paper yet. We do have an aquadoodle pad that she can access but everything else requires supervision.

Anything I'm also okay with the baby finding, yes. Choking hazards, no. So yes to paper, coloring pencils, homemade/edible watercolors, etc. No to glue, jewels/googly eyes, scissors, fingerpaints, etc. I've never considered kinetic sand or play doh art supplies. They're both outside toys in our house, and they live on a shelf at their level in the garage with chalk, balls and bubbles.

No. I keep things where they can't reach them. We live in a rental and I don't want an accident!

Most everything but scissors and paint. We don't buy play doh for her, it gets everywhere and then the dog eats it.

Pretty much everything other than paint. We have a bin in the closet with her play dough in it that she can get if she wants it.

We keep just about everything on a bookshelf for our LO's to reach: play-doh, markers, crayons, colored pencils, stamps, kinetic sand and paper. Things I prefer to keep higher is paint and things like googly eyes.
