Now that I live in Nashville and drive to work I ususally wear my work shoes in, but I still keep an extra pair of pumps under my desk for emergencies.</p> <p>However today... I'm wearing sneakers! I threw my back out over the weekend and basically my options were wear sneakers, or don't come to work.
