Baby Connect here too. I was using a little notepad when we first came home from the hospital and then quit tracking altogether around 5-6 weeks for a bit (we were out of town then too so there was no pattern or schedule to speak of anyway).
But after xmas I got Baby Connect in anticipation of LO going to daycare. I really wanted to be able to see what kind of pattern we naturally had at home so that I could give her daycare a better idea of how her days usually went.
I track nursing, bottles, pumping, sleep, and diapers.
It's amazing to see the graphing function and gives me a really clear idea of how things are going - especially for sleep!.

Yes, I use Baby Connect but I'm not as hardcore about logging diapers and meals as I was before.

If so, how do you do it?

Right now I'm lazy and just keep the computer notepad app open on my desktop and jot down his sleep times, mostly so I can try to better predict when he usually wants to nap so I can plan around it. So not fancy.
