<description>&#60;p&#62;Yup I just keep track of it on google calendar.  I have a separate calendar I created for workouts - and I just log a quick overview like &#34;Insanity&#34; or &#34;3mi run&#34; or something like that.  I'm always on gcalendar so it's easy for me to track  that way.
