I trust her completely. Her mom cleaned my mom's house since my older sister was born, and she started helping her mom when she got older and then her mom passed away so now it's just her. My mom leaves everything out, including huge wads of cash, and nothing has ever gone missing. My mom has way more money than I ever will, so if she's going to steal from somebody it would be her. I was a nanny, well still am, but I never went snooping through people's stuff. I guess it something was just sitting on the table, with nothing hiding it, I might have glanced at it, but I probably wouldn't think much of it. Being in someone elses house constantly doesn't necessarily mean we're totally comfortable there. I probably wouldn't worry about it too much - but just maybe avoid leaving it right out in the open if you don't want her to see it. I take my jewelry off as soon as I get home...and just put it in my drawer. Should I be doing anything differently? Am I just being paranoid? </p>
