Right now I have to wake her up most mornings at 6 am and so she goes to bed around 6. Hoping to do 7 pm-7 am this summer but only if it works for her! We have blackout shades but it doesn't matter, she knows it's not dark out and just won't. At 14 months, she really needs a full night's sleep, so bedtime is still 6:45 at the latest. It stays light until after 9pm now so it's really difficult to get them to wind down. Ideally they would be in bed by 8 but that never happens. </p> <p>Does your LO stay up later in the summer? If not, how do you get them to wind down when it's still so light out? </p>
