We only give her half a piece of ours and she will easily chew it for an hour, but she stopped spitting it out so I stopped giving it to her. She actually does really well with it, and gives it to us or puts it in the trash when she is done. She chews our sugar-free mint gum most of the time unless it's a special occasion treat then she is allowed other gum, but that's pretty rare. </p> <p>Does your LO like gum? Do you let them have it? </p>
