Haha. We don't eat fast food that often since it wreaks havoc on my digestive system now, but we did try to feed him fast food a couple of times. Since he doesn't like fries it's been a little tough. We end up usually filling him up with applesauce packets we bring with us everywhere. </p> <p>I think he is growing out of his picky phase because the other day I gave him some fries from my take-out meal from the local pizza place, and he actually ate them! He usually spits them out, gives them back and says "don't like it." I'm actually the worst with it, since I travel for work sometimes, but most of my drive through meals are during the day when DS isn't with me. We did get Five Guys the other night and I offered DS a french fry, but he didn't eat it, just played with it. They just opened a Chipotle in our town, so I'd like to try it. We've gone to Moe's a few time (also Mexican - not sure how big of a chain they are) but that was before DS arrived. I don't want DS eating fast food often, but I'm sure as he gets older he'll have it every now and then. I try to opt for "healthier" (fresher?) choices over the standard McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell. I love Five Guys, Panera, and Moe's. But I doubt it will be regular. I think the last time we had McDonalds was probably 4 years ago and then the time before that was a year before that. Burger King? Longer. We might get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Wendys once every couple months? But that's the extent of our fast food.
