Lots of people set up kiddie pools out front on the sidewalk or courtyard when it's hot - nobody has A/C so kids are wearing as little as possible during any heatwaves that may hit. </p> <p>I also wonder if there's a difference for people who use cloth diapers. We will let her play or eat out on the back deck in her diaper or I will take her out to get the mail with me in a diaper and t-shirt, but for extended play in the front yard I would probably throw some clothes on. It wouldn't bother me if another child was outside in his/her diaper, though. </p>
