I am paranoid as well, but I just sleep in her room instead of relying on technology. My husband keeps the video monitor on in our bedroom, but I like being in the same room as her (even though they are next to each other).

I totally leave the screen on the monitor on all night so I can stare at her. If I haven't seen her move sometimes I go into her room and move her hand. I feel like a crazy lady sometimes!

I leave the sound way up on the motorola, the screen on, AND the snuza on. I wake him up to put on the snuza if i have to.
Its gone off a few times but i think (am hoping) they were false alarms

I think I would have had we not co-slept for so long. Even now I leave the Foscam video feed up on my phone all night, I don't think there's anything weird about that!

I am paranoid about SIDS and I am obsessed with our Snuza Hero "beeper" and our Motorola video monitor.

The problem is that I live in fear that the beeper is going to go off alerting me that H stopped breathing...Like extremely fearful. And if she goes down for a nap and I didn't get the beeper on her beforehand, I fret about if I should risk waking her to put it on, and if I don't, I fret something will happen with it off!

And I drive DH nuts because I leave the screen on the monitor all night so that I can check on her when I roll over/wake up throughout the night. Sometimes he catches me staring at it like a mental patient!!!

Do you let technology drive you nuts?
