Salmonella is most commonly found in cracked eggs. It's rare to find it in a not cracked "good" egg. Really rare. I will definitely let LO lick batter/eat dough...and isn't the risk of salmonella from eggs actually from the shells, not the actual raw eggs (correct me if I'm wrong!)? DH on the other hand does not like batter--which I think is so strange! </p>
