I think throughout my life I've had to go to sooooo many doctors that I'm just sick of it. Whenever my parents here something new for migraines they make me go. Weirdo chiropractors (nothing against chiropractors, I had one that I loved but one that was just very weird), neurofeedback, a blind man massaging my feet, and of course a million neurologists. But, in general, I've never been a dr/hospital-ready/eager person. I hate the wait and my parents never had insurance growing up, so we'd only go for our vacc/annual checkups. </p> <p>I didn't even go to urgent care until I was in my 20s and working. However, if its something invasive I have to do (annual gyn physical, dental filling, stomach specialist procedures) then I dread it for weeks. I had major medical issues as a child (colostomy as a 7 year old, then having it reversed) and I spent over a year going in and out of doctors offices and hospitals. I like getting all my questions/concerns answered. When I'm sick, I like feeling better, and when I'm not sick and I just go for a physical I like having a nice check mark that all is well. That memory has not faded with time, and even now I hate going to the doctor.</p> <p>We go all the time now though for the kids... somehow that isn't as stressful.</p> <p>Do you like going to the doctor?
