I'm naturally very pale. And not the pretty "peaches and cream" pale like some people have. Like, you can see my blue veins through my skin pale. But I can tan if I work hard enough at it. I tanned in HS and college during the summer. I regret it because I have lots of moles so probably also skin cancer. But I do still lay out for around 30 minutes to get vitamin D.
