We have it a few times a month. My son and husband love it too. I also once made an amazing cilantro pesto using pepitas from a Martha Stewart recipe. One of the best sandwiches I ever had was a panini with grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese and pesto! I still think about it a decade later!
