I've had to shop for kids that I've never met them or their parents before (DH's friends) and that sucked. I had no idea what they were into. But I think it's fun to shop for kids that I have an idea of what they'll like.</p> <p>We went to a birthday party of two kids that have everything. We've played at their house and they seriously have every toy. I made them a DIY Fort Kit. He's into super heros so it was super hero themed, and she got a princess themed one. I put in sheets, clothes pins, flash lights (pink and red), and some things to play with while in the fort.
