One is called a stuffed snowball and is basically alternating layers of snow cone and soft serve. The other is the New Orleans style snowball made with condensed milk. Most stands have 50+ flavors to choose from and a lot of people put marshmallow or chocolate syrup on top. It was one of my first signs, I downed 2 larges, I couldn't get enough. They didn't have them where I lived though just a Ritas, which was not the same thing and didn't satisfy the craving, so I had to get my fill when I visited my family. </p>
