Although, 5 people having dinner is not a party to me (that's having dinner at someone's house). Drinking, dancing, karaoke.... I love it all. I love talking to people I don't know. Anywhere from 5 people and up is a party to me and I can hang out for HOURS. I LOVE it! DH hated it, even small groups he taps out at like an hour, so I'm usually alone or don't go at all. That's just way too many people for me - I get uncomfortable and also, it's hard to hear someone and have a conversation, when there are so many other people shouting to be heard. My perfect party is a dinner party of 5 to 8 people. I don't mind if I don't know everyone - it's just fun to meet people and chat for a while. And best of all, there's usually a lot of room to spread out and hang out in different parts of the house, so you can hang out and hear each other just fine. Do you like going to parties? What's your perfect party?
