They do grow with age, since they are leather...so they become slightly more slouchy with time...I also have skinny calves, so that may be a contributing factor. But they aren't the type of boots that zip up and are super tight to the calf. But Jessica Simpson shoes are very comfy. Look on Amazon - they have free returns/shipping on shoes. I have a pair of leather Steve Maddens like this that have held up well.
